Welcome to Dragon Villas. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the booking of accommodation at our property located at 65 Dragon Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 5DS. By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. General Provisions

The User: "You" refers to the website visitor, or the person making the booking and all members of their party.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

​

Reservation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from us.

​

Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards. Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.

​

Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required. This will be charged to your card 7 days prior to arrival and refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Age Restriction: The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Guest Cancellation:

​

Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

​

• Partial/No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date [Insert policy, e.g., are non-refundable / will be charged 50%].

• Owner Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen maintenance or force majeure), you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for any consequential losses (travel costs, etc.).

4. House Rules (Terms of Stay)

By booking a stay at Dragon Villas, you agree to strictly adhere to our House Rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund and retention of your security deposit.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 16:00; Check-out is by 10:00.

• Quiet Hours: We are located in a residential area. Strict quiet hours are enforced between 21:00 and 09:00.

• No Parties: We have a strict No Party policy. Hen/Stag parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

• Smoking: Dragon Villas is a strictly non-smoking property (including vapes). Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome in specific suites upon prior arrangement. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.

• Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for your specific suite.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos (including the Dragon Villas logo), and design layout, is the intellectual property of the Owner. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
